Jamonica F. Holmes is the Owner of Inspire. Equip. Impact. LLC and Founder of Inspirational ArtistryMinistry. Through both marketplace and ministry, Jamonica seeks to build, grow and impact the lives of all people.

With a background that blends inspirational arts, training, program development and behavioral science, Jamonica has spent over a decade equipping a variety of audiences for impact through speaking, storytelling, teaching, and building infrastructure in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Her work empowers individuals and leaders to strengthen character, gain clarity of purpose and execute vision with excellence.

​IEI first launched Inspirational ArtistryMinistry in August 2015, where Jamonica's poetry and spoken word engagements, poetry workshops, and inspirational messages have reached women’s conferences, churches, community events, businesses and organizations across the east coast seeking encouragement and transformation. Her ability to connect testimony, faith, and practical wisdom has made her a trusted voice in spaces where people are navigating change and transition. ​We are excited to soon launch  The Story House, a transformative gathering space where literature, sisterhood, discipleship, and personal growth converge. More than a traditional book club, The Story House is a sacred community centered on transformational stories designed to cultivate character, confidence, clarity, compassion, and connection among women. The name itself reflects the heart of the community: a house where stories are not merely read, but lived, shared, and transformed into wisdom, healing... growth. It is a safe and intentional space to gather, reflect, and become.

​In the marketplace, Jamonica brings a dynamic breadth of experience across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Her professional journey spans community-based counseling, social work, program development, project management, and leadership in talent and organizational development. As the daughter of a carpenter, Jamonica understands the value of building with intention, care and vision. Each experience has added a unique set of tools to her proverbial toolbox - tools she now uses as an Impact Partner to help leaders, organizations and communities grow and create lasting impact.

Jamonica holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the one and only North Carolina A&T State University, along with a Master’s degree in Community & Agency Counseling with a concentration in Family Life. She holds certifications in training and leadership development, project management, trauma-informed coaching, and family wellness instruction - equipping her with both evidence-based tools and skills to empower holistic growth.​

Impact. LLC and its sister organization Inspirational ArtistryMinistry, Jamonica partners with individuals, churches, nonprofits, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations to leverage storytelling to inspire growth, and provide organizational development support that produces sustainable results.
