Jamonica F. Holmes is the Owner and Administrator of Inspire. Equip. Impact. LLC where she partners with individuals, churches, nonprofits, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations to inspire with creativity, equip for growth, and impact through partnership. Through both marketplace and ministry, Jamonica seeks to build, grow and positively impact individuals, families, leaders, organizations and communities.

​​IEI launched Inspirational Artistry Ministry in August 2015. Since then, Jamonica's poetry, spoken word performances, and inspirational messages have reached women’s conferences, churches, community events, businesses and organizations across the East Coast seeking encouragement and transformation. Her ability to connect testimony, faith, and practical wisdom has made her a trusted voice in spaces where people are navigating change and transition. ​

​Jamonica also brings a dynamic breadth of experience across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Her professional journey spans counseling and behavioral sciences, strategic program development, project management, talent development and organizational development. As the daughter of a carpenter, Jamonica understands the value of building with intention, care and vision. She has spent over a decade equipping a variety of audiences for impact. To that end, the IEI Academy offers diverse growth opportunities for individuals and groups, including workshops, training sessions, a book club, and speaking engagements focused on self-discovery, personal development, leadership, and creativity. Since 2015, Jamonica has further applied these and other tools gained throughout her career as an IEI Partner, helping leaders, organizations and communities grow and create lasting impact.

Jamonica holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing from North Carolina A&T State University, along with a Master’s degree in Community & Agency Counseling with a concentration in Family Life. She also holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Duke University. Jamonica is certified through ATD and Training Industry to create and lead leadership development programs, along with other certifications in training and facilitation, trauma-informed coaching, and family wellness instruction. She has extensive experience using strategic planning, implementation science and change management best practices to inform her work, all of which equip her with both evidence-based tools and skills to empower holistic and sustainable growth among individuals and organizations.​ She is an organizational development champion and uses her God-given talents to advance Kingdom priorities.
